.. my body clock has gone haywire.
Woke up at 3.30am, eat our
sahur, and then I usually will stay awake until about 6.30am.
I cannot sleep with a full tummy.
Then I will go back to bed.
And wake up at about 8am.
It's SO hard to keep awake at this time!
But the kids need to bathe and have breakfast and play.
So I HAVE to be awake.
Anyway once into the flow, I would be OK.
Will take a nap in the afternoon with the kids, and then I am good as new.
Iftar at about 9pm.
Then I will stay awake until 12midnight.
I cannot sleep with a full tummy.
But then I will have to wake up at 3.30am.
And the cycle starts again...
Sod ba ro...
InsyaAllah....
p/s Thanks to a renowned brand of rice cooker, at least I can time the time I want my rice to be cooked for
sahur, and need not to wake up earlier just to cook rice. Happy-ness!
